Not Included in the Package

- ❌ Any kind of drinks (alcoholic, mineral water, aerated beverages, etc.).
- ❌ Rafting charges, camel safari fees, and guide charges, if applicable.
- ❌ Expenses or losses caused by factors beyond our control like bad weather, natural calamities (landslides, floods), flight delays/cancellations, accidents, medical evacuations, strikes, or war.
- ❌ Any cost incurred for additional transport not mentioned in the itinerary.
- ❌ Room service and additional meals not included in the standard meal plan.
- ❌ 5% GST extra on the total package cost.
Important Notes
- ⚠️ This is a quotation only, subject to availability, and valid for Indian passport holders.
- ⚠️ Quoted rates are based on a minimum of 6 persons traveling together.
- ⚠️ Hotels listed are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- ⚠️ Low-cost airlines do not provide meals on board.
- ⚠️ Check-in time is 12:00 Noon, and check-out time is 08:00 AM at all properties.
- ⚠️ No refund will be provided for roadblocks at Nubra Valley, Pangong Lake, or Tsomoriri Lake caused by natural calamities. Any additional accommodation in Leh must be paid for directly by the guest.
- ⚠️ Special room requests (e.g., room location, adjacent rooms, double/twin preferences) must be mentioned at the time of booking. While such requests will be forwarded to the hotel, they are not guaranteed.
- ⚠️ NO SHOW = No REFUND.
- ⚠️ No changes to travel dates are allowed once the booking is confirmed.
- ⚠️ From October to April, many properties (including camps and hotels) in Ladakh regions such as Nubra Valley, Pangong Lake, Tsomoriri, Tsokar, Sham Valley, Kargil, and Zanskar may be non-operational due to the off-season. In such cases, the best alternate accommodations will be provided with prior notice.
