With no team and limited resources, he wore every hat — advisor, ticketing agent, accountant, customer support — all fueled by his mission to provide honest, affordable, and unforgettable travel experiences. What he lacked in manpower, he made up for with unmatched dedication, client care, and a relentless belief in offering more than trips — delivering memories that last a lifetime.
