• ⚠️ Travel4 Delight does not provide insurance coverage for accidents, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Pilgrims are strongly advised to arrange their own insurance. Baggage and personal belongings remain the client’s responsibility at all times.
• ⚠️ Travel4 Delight shall not be liable for any medical emergency; guests are advised to get a fitness certificate from their doctor before travelling to high-altitude areas.
• ⚠️ Rescheduling requests made within 15 days of departure will be treated as cancellations, and a fresh booking will be subject to availability.
• ⚠️ Passengers can board/initiate the tour only after completing full and final payment.
• ⚠️ If flying is not possible due to weather or any other reason in Dehradun, a 5% service charge + utilised services (hotel/transport) will be applicable.
• ⚠️ Any extension requested will incur extra charges and will depend on operational feasibility.
• ⚠️ In case of flight delays/cancellations due to weather or force majeure, Travel4 Delight will not be liable. Refunds will follow policy; no compensation for extra costs (accommodation, meals, transport) will be provided.
• ⚠️ If the Dehradun departure is cancelled, guests may opt for a rescheduled tour. Remaining or unused amounts can be adjusted towards the new booking; extra costs will be borne by the passenger.
• ⚠️ Additional night stay due to weather or other force majeure will be paid directly by guests.
• ⚠️ If guests cancel mid-tour or return early from Dham, return vehicle will be arranged, but the cost will be borne by the guest. No refund applicable.
• ⚠️ For Do Dham, ₹1500/kg charges apply for passengers above 75 kg. Charges collected at hotel/helipad.
• ⚠️ Children above 2 years will be full ticket. Infants under 2 years/12 kg travel free. Birth certificate required for verification.
• ⚠️ Accurate weight must be shared at booking. If total weight exceeds aircraft’s 450 kg capacity, passengers may be denied boarding, and tour will be cancelled without refund.
• ⚠️ Do Dham baggage allowance: 3 kg per person. Excess baggage denied or charged extra if combined weight exceeds 450 kg.

• ⚠️ Network connectivity at Badrinath is very poor.
• ⚠️ Passengers should carry a small oxygen bottle as a precaution (available at local medical stores).
• ⚠️ Carry your own medications.
• ⚠️ Pack woollen clothing — temperatures at Kedarnath can drop below zero, especially in Sep/Oct.
• ⚠️ Helicopter tours have fixed departure times. Delays or no-shows may lead to tour cancellation.
• ⚠️ Flights can be affected by weather, technical issues, or Air Force movements. Keep 1 extra day in Dehradun for such delays.
• ⚠️ Rudra Abhishek Puja & Maha Abhishek Puja are not included — payment goes directly to temple trusts. Vehicle costs for early Poojas are extra.
• ⚠️ Accommodation at Kedarnath-top is basic/budget. Complaints may arise regarding services/rooms.
