Important
- ⚠️ Above costing is based on minimum 6 passengers traveling together.
- ⚠️ 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking confirmation.
- ⚠️ Remaining 50% payment must be made 15 days prior to tour start.
- ⚠️ Check-in / Check-out time at all hotels is 12:00 PM (Noon).
- ⚠️ All rates are per person on twin sharing basis.
- ⚠️ Rohtang Pass is closed on Tuesdays for maintenance. Please check your itinerary accordingly.
- ⚠️ Entry charges at attractions are payable extra by the guest.
- ⚠️ Rohtang Pass Excursion (Closed on Tuesday): Opens from June 15 to October 15. Not included in the itinerary due to NGT restrictions on vehicle permits. Clients can opt for local State Transport or union taxi to visit.
- ⚠️ Meals are pre-set as per the package (Veg in Budget hotels; Veg & Non-Veg in Deluxe/Luxury hotels). No refund for missed meals.
- ⚠️ Buffet meals are standard; Ala Carte may be served based on group size and occupancy.
- ⚠️ Drivers follow regulated driving hours and rest periods. Guests must follow daily schedules strictly. Delays caused by guests may result in missed sightseeing without refunds.
- ⚠️ Air Conditioning (AC) will not operate in hilly areas. No claims entertained for this.
- ⚠️ Itinerary timings may vary due to road conditions, weather, health issues, enroute breaks, or monument operating hours.
