- ⚠️ During sightseeing, the cab will go only up to permitted points. Any arrangements beyond that must be made and paid for by the guests.
- ⚠️ Tours and transfers are strictly as per the itinerary and not on a disposal basis.
- ⚠️ A/C facility will not be available in hotel rooms at hill stations such as Munnar and Thekkady.
- ⚠️ Cab services are available from morning to evening. We are not responsible if any location is closed or missed due to timing issues.
- ⚠️ Standard hotel check-in time is 2:00 PM; houseboat check-in is at 12:00 noon.
- ⚠️ A/C in deluxe houseboats is operational only from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- ⚠️ Traditional Kerala vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals will be served on the houseboat.
- ⚠️ Houseboat check-in is at 12:00 noon and check-out is at 9:00 AM the next day.
- ⚠️ Cab will be at your disposal only between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
- ⚠️ Certain monuments and attractions may be closed on Mondays or specific days.
