Not Included in the Package

- ❌ Expenses or losses caused by unforeseen situations like bad weather, natural calamities (landslides, floods), flight delays/cancellations, accidents, medical emergencies, riots, or strikes.

- ⚠️ Low-cost carriers do not serve meals onboard.
- ⚠️ Standard check-in time is 12:00 Noon and check-out time is 08:00 AM at all properties.
- ⚠️ No refund will be provided for disruptions due to natural calamities at Nubra Valley, Pangong Lake, or Tsomoriri Lake. Alternate accommodations in Leh must be paid by the guest directly.
- ⚠️ Special room requests (e.g., room location, adjacent or twin/double rooms) must be communicated at the time of booking. Requests will be forwarded but cannot be guaranteed.
- ⚠️ NO SHOW = No REFUND.
- ⚠️ No date changes will be allowed once the travel is booked.
- ⚠️ From October to April, many accommodations in remote regions (e.g., Nubra Valley, Pangong Lake, Tsomoriri, Tsokar, Sham Valley, Kargil, Zanskar) may be non-operational due to the off-season. Best alternate accommodations will be provided with prior notice at the time of booking.
