- ❌ Entrance fees for monuments, monasteries, and museums.
- ❌ Any kind of beverages including alcoholic, mineral, or aerated drinks.
- ❌ Rafting charges, camel safari charges, and guide fees (if applicable).
- ❌ Expenses or losses due to factors beyond our control such as bad weather, natural calamities, flight delays/cancellations, accidents, medical emergencies, riots, strikes, or war.

- ❌ Room service, snacks, and additional meals beyond the package inclusions.
Important Notes
- ⚠️ This is only a quotation and not a confirmed booking. Subject to availability and applicable only for Indian passport holders.
- ⚠️ Check-in time is 12:00 Noon and check-out time is 08:00 AM at all properties.
- ⚠️ Ensure your motorcycle is in proper working condition before starting the trip, as mechanic support is limited in remote regions. Carry a personal tool kit for minor repairs.
- ⚠️ It is essential to acclimatize to the high-altitude conditions of Ladakh. Recommended stopover for acclimatization includes Sarchu.
- ⚠️ Carry necessary clothing and essentials like warm jackets, gloves, thermal wear, socks, sleeping bags, chocolates, dry fruits, and biscuits.
- ⚠️ Keep a good stock of dry snacks and non-perishable food items during the ride.
- ⚠️ Do not consume alcohol or drive under the influence during the trip.
- ⚠️ Always carry sufficient bottled water and replenish it at every stop/dhaba.
- ⚠️ ATMs are scarce in remote regions; carry adequate cash to manage emergencies.
- ⚠️ A “No Show” will result in no refund.
- ⚠️ No changes in travel dates will be allowed once the booking is confirmed.
- ⚠️ Indian nationals do not require permits for Pangong Lake, Nubra Valley, and Tso Moriri. However, foreign nationals must obtain a Protected Area Permit through a local operator.
- ⚠️ Between October and April, many camps, guest houses, and hotels in remote areas (like Pangong, Nubra, Tso Moriri, Tsokar, Kargil, etc.) may be closed due to off-season. Alternate accommodations will be provided with prior notice.
- ⚠️ We are not responsible for itinerary changes due to landslides, weather, flight cancellations, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Additional costs incurred in such cases will be borne by the guest.
