- ❌ Rafting charges, camel safari fees, and guide charges (if applicable).
- ❌ Any expenses or losses due to unforeseen events such as bad weather, natural calamities (landslides, floods), flight delays/cancellations, accidents, medical emergencies, strikes, or war.
- ❌ Extra transportation costs not mentioned in the package inclusions.
- ❌ Room service and any additional meals beyond the meal plan.
- ❌ 5% GST is applicable on the total package cost.
Important Notes
- ⚠️ This is a quotation only and does not constitute a confirmed booking.
- ⚠️ Rates are applicable for a minimum of 2 passengers travelling together.
- ⚠️ During sightseeing, the vehicle will operate only up to the permissible points. Any additional arrangements must be made and paid for by the guests.
- ⚠️ Tours and transfers are strictly as per the itinerary and not available on a disposal basis.
- ⚠️ A/C facility will not be available in hotel rooms at hill stations such as Munnar and Thekkady.
- ⚠️ Cab service is available from morning to evening. We are not responsible if any attraction is missed or closed due to timing issues.
- ⚠️ Standard check-in time at hotels is 2:00 PM; check-in time for houseboats is 12:00 noon.
- ⚠️ A/C in deluxe houseboats operates only from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- ⚠️ Traditional Kerala vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are served on the houseboat.
- ⚠️ Houseboat check-in is at 12:00 noon and check-out is at 9:00 AM the following day.
- ⚠️ Cab is available at disposal only between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
- ⚠️ Monuments and attractions may remain closed on Mondays or other specific days.
