Important Notes
- ⚠️ Above is just a quote, subject to availability, net to you & valid for Indian passport holders only.
- ⚠️ The above quote is based on a minimum of 2 persons travelling together.
- ⚠️ AADHAR card copies are to be shared by all Indian passengers & passports in case of foreign nationals.
- ⚠️ Any donations, tips, pitthu, palki/pony, and porter charges shall be borne by the passengers.
- ⚠️ Travel4 Delight does not provide insurance coverage for accidents, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other unforeseen circumstances. We strongly recommend arranging your own insurance coverage. Baggage and personal belongings remain the client’s responsibility at all times.
- ⚠️ Travel4 Delight shall not be liable for any medical emergency. Guests are advised to get a fitness certificate from a doctor before traveling to high-altitude sectors.
- ⚠️ Rescheduling within 15 days of the journey will be treated as a cancellation and a fresh booking will be made subject to availability.
- ⚠️ Passengers can only begin the tour after full and final payment is completed.
- ⚠️ If flying is not possible due to weather or other reasons at Dehradun, a 5% service charge + utilized services like hotel stay and transportation will be applicable.
- ⚠️ Any extension to the package will incur additional charges and will depend on operational feasibility.
- ⚠️ In case of flight cancellations or delays due to weather/technical issues/force majeure, Travel4 Delight will not be liable. Refunds will be processed as per policy, and no compensation for other expenses will be provided.
- ⚠️ Guests may reschedule to the next available date. A new booking will be created, and any unused amount will be adjusted. Extra costs will be borne by the guest.
- ⚠️ Additional night halt charges must be paid directly by the guest if delays occur due to weather/force majeure.
- ⚠️ Guests stranded mid-tour may request road transportation at their own cost. No refunds for incomplete tours.
- ⚠️ Charges of ₹2000/- per kg apply for passengers over 75 kg. Payable at the hotel or helipad.
- ⚠️ Children above 2 years require full tickets. Infants below 2 years (12 kg) are free. ID proof is mandatory.
- ⚠️ Accurate weight must be provided. If the total exceeds 450 kg (aircraft limit), the passenger may be offloaded without refund.
- ⚠️ Only 5 kg baggage per person is allowed. Excess weight may be denied or charged if above aircraft limits.
- ⚠️ Travel vouchers will be issued only after full payment is received to secure bookings and finalize the itinerary.
- ⚠️ As a travel agent, Travel4 Delight suggests hotels based on availability. Guests should verify ratings/reviews before confirming.
- ⚠️ Travel4 Delight does not control hotel service, staff behavior, or food quality and cannot guarantee these experiences.
- ⚠️ Some popular activities require advance payment. Late payments may result in unavailability. Prompt payment is advised.
- ⚠️ Notes:
- Network connectivity at Badrinath is poor.
- Carry a small oxygen bottle (available locally) as a precaution.
- Carry personal medications and woollen clothes.
- Helicopter departures are fixed daily — passengers must adhere to ETD or will be marked NO-SHOW.
- Weather, technical issues, or Air Force movements may delay flights. Keep 1 extra day in Dehradun for buffer.
- Rudra Abhishek Puja is not included, as payments go directly to Kedarnath ji Mandir Samiti.
- Accommodation at Kedarnath-top is budget and may have service issues. Night temps may fall below freezing (Sep/Oct).
- Maha Abhishek Puja is also not included. Extra vehicle cost applies if attending early morning Pooja.
